(OTCBB:ISRI) is pleased to announce that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with WebTeck Wireless Inc. (WWI) a Canadian based Company, to jointly develop, market, monitor and sell Personal and Business Location Services and other wireless data solutions over available wireless systems. It is estimated that the annual worldwide demand projected for in-vehicle location services products size is over $US 9 billion by 2002; the company will focus on this demand to obtain their share of the growing market.
