I made hummus from scratch over the weekend
without a recipe. It actually came out very good.
Only problem, I can't stop eating it. I keep going
out to the garden and yanking off the biggtest
lettuse leafs then rolling up the humus after
squirting on a little fresh lime on it. I can't
wait till the cherry tomatos are ripe so I can
add them too.
