Don't you think it's a little unfair to suggest that they offer to sell SI to an unlimited group of prospective buyers? Any investment banker worth his salt would want to target a much more select group of, say, 10,000 companies or less. ;-)

Well David then I hope they have very very deep pockets. I've seen mega lawsuits placed and won on far less than what has occurred here over the weekend.
