I was sending e-mails to SI tech support and managment last night showing them pages with user names displayed, here is tech supports reply via e-mail I just received: Hi there, Thank you for writing. We're aware of the performance problems with the site, and they are our engineering team's highest priority. It appears as though the engineers have resolved the problem. However, if you are still experiencing difficulties with this situation I will be happy to investigate the matter further for you. It will be helpful to know the details of the steps you are taking and the exact text of any error messages you are getting. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced and appreciate your patience in this matter. Please feel free to ask for help with any other questions or concerns you may have.
