Bink, this company has been smelling bad for months, and I am motivated to seek legal redress if the sale to Tumbleweed goes through on the current terms. I am a relatively small shareholder, but I believe there are many others who share my sentiments--the Yahoo boards counted about 200,000 shares in the hands of miscellaneous small shareholders who are opposed. I too am going to stay in this company because I think we are entitled to a much better deal, and we may possibly get a much better offer. John H
