I consider myself to be a loyal SI member. I liked the user interface.....they ruined it....but I stayed. I liked the sense of community.....many of the people that made up that community have since left, leaving pockets like this thread and a few others....but I have stayed. I need my name to remain private for personal and professional reasons....that privacy has been violated repeatedly.....this may turn into a situation where I simply cannot afford to post on SI in the future. To give you an idea, I received a PM yesterday from somebody that works where I do saying "stop posting, your name is showing". And what do you think Mrs. McKie would say about my full name being displayed after some of the encounters I have had on SI with bonafide nutballs??? I have to believe that there are others out there that are thinking along the same lines that I am. But you are probably right, they would probably never notice if I ceased to post on SI. It would take the cumulative disappearances of SI members over time before they would really notice.
