Jim,SSP, regarding IIMC, I have been following this stock for quite some time, it appeared that since the February 25th pr stating, (PR NEWSWIRE) Internet Multimedia Corporation Enters Into Letter of Intent to Internet Multimedia Corporation Enters Into Letter of Intent to Acquire SMC soundmusic.com Corporation and that the formal share exchange would occur within 10 days the company has been negligent in reporting any news to the shareholders until yesterday's release. It appears that they had some management problems which I am told now have been corrected. In addition the company, appears ready now to move forward with their plan and various news releases should be forthcoming outlining such. In addition the management of the company have on more than one occasion stated that a RS is not a consideration. I maintain a small position since I sold the majority yesterday anxiously awaiting positive reaction from the company by the new management in keeping shareholders informed of the things to come. I think they will now move forward with their business plan and this stock is one to keep a close eye on. Regards sprintcar
