El, I don`t put a lot of faith in Thomsoninvest. I can`t understand why big money would tip their hand. But looking at that chart, there was more institutional buying then selling today. --Jim

el paradiso, Perhaps we will see another investment house upgrade the sector tomorrow. This looks like a very transparent effort to get shares of a profitable sector less expensively (I would use the word cheaply, but that is still not the case for the most part). I believe that merrill and Prudential have been bullish on the sector. The least expensive stocks in this sector appear to be AVX, KEM and VSH with PE's as low as 6-8X estimates for the year. tp
