I would consider it pretty dire. If you look at the 100pt chart of the naz, you may see some similarities between the high in March followed by a lower top and then with the 50pt chart for the past few weeks.

The fact that the banks and biotech are strong today gives me some hope, but I am looking at this rally in the biotechs as an opportunity to short, not go long.
