Not exactly sure what you mean by this. I think tommorrow we will see droves of ANALysts come out saying the sell off was "overdone" today, there's still a lot of "stories" out there, and now things look "cheap". This should lead to a nice rally of the SOX tommorrow, but I highly doubt it could take back today's losses. I think it's too early to go short because we need to see how the other firms react to the SSB report first (and make easy money tommorrow). Things are clearly irrational, but this doesn't gaurentee things will go down (or they would've been the last few years). These guys got a lot riding on the SOX, so they can't afford to let it crash again tommorrow like it did today. I expect a lot of positive comments in the morning followed by a good rally throughout the day. After tommorrow though.... who knows, the SOX could start its slow death... or not?? your guess is as good as mine...
