I could answer your questions directly, clearing your confusion point by point, without hesitation.

However, while retracing my steps (and with the recent accusation of spamming in mind), I was struck by the following: this entire discussion, from my perspective, began with post #8045. In the intervening 30 or so posts, my stocks (**symbols censored for riot control purposes**) along with those mentioned by some other posters, were posted at most 4 or 5 times. For this I was accused of spamming.

During this same period, Incyte, in name or symbol, was mentioned at least (I lost count) 30 times.

30 INCY citations and no comment.
4 or 5 Ariad (or whatever) citations and I get taken out back.

Talk about confusion! Spamming quantification must be a non-parametric statistic. I get accused of spamming for companies I follow while the entire raison d’êtreof my posting here - the excessive focus on a narrow list of stocks (in fact a single stock of late) - is completely ignored. It is more than ignored...it's condoned.

That's not confusion.

That's a double standard.
