Bob- Thanks for the response. I didn't send any PMs. All my postings(total of four) were on the public threads. But like you say, maybe you were overwhelmed and could not respond. That's understandable.

I really think it would be in SI's best interest to have communicated much better, via the Home Page. Bob there appears to be hundreds of unhappy paying members, which more than likely translates to thousands, if not tens of thousands. It's been a frustrating four or five days. Which goes to show, the value SI offers the private investor community.

It's a shame that the press has to get involved, giving SI a black eye concerning the problems. It really could have been avoided, if SI was just upfront about them and would communicate the status.

But I understand, all you can do is to bring information to your superiors. I would appreciate it, if you brought this idea(a Home Page apology and status report) to their attention. Thanks for whatever you can do. -MikeM(From Florida)
