Dans, Re: Reprogramming would make the problem go away... Interesting that changing the software would change the response of the flash. Can you control voltage or duration through the software? I meant running the same code a second time made the problem go away. The programming duration is controlled by an internal state machine within the flash memory. That is why I was confident that I had got the code right - all it had to do was inspect the status bits to find out when programming was finished for each byte. John
