If Palestine goes ahead and declares itself a state on September 13th would this have potential to create enough turmoil in Middle East to disrupt oil shipments?
Wonder if Clinton's public scolding of Arafat and threats will make the Saudi's sympathetic towards the Palestine cause instead of continuing this shame of driving oil prices down so American SUV operators can get a break at the pump on their way to the Hamptons for summer vacation?]
This postering from Saudi Arabia and some negative comments from a former oil minister(oil to collapse within 5 years due to fuel sells)pure hogwash designed to drive prices down temporarily so that their speculator buddies can cover short positions from $32 oil.
The irony of all this is that oil at $30 is equal to $7 oil from 1970 inflation adjusted and that most European countries tax oil by $100 per barrel and more.
