Pretty slow...at least on my honeymoon last September. I went on a cruise with Royal Caribbean. they had internet access at 19,200bps and charged something like $2.00 a minute. Pretty expensive, but I did hop on for a few to check out my stocks. This wasn't in the rooms, but in a public area with 5 computers.
