Nope...absolutely not.

He told me that he was the first guy brought on to be in charge of sales to university and government. He bragged a bit...because he claimed that way back when....Phil himself would call him to see how things were going etc and to instruct him as to his responsibility. (this guy was one of the very first to come on with Q)

He told me that now....Phil would no longer know who he was if he was standing in front of him.
