Pharoh's dreams are interesting, and I'm currently in the process of analyzing myself based on how my most recent posts show my subconscious.
" By analyzing and contrasting both dreams we should be able to determine the portion of the dream which is prophetic and the part which is an expression of his personality. The aspect of his dreams which are duplicative are obviously of divine origin"

(1) While my prophecy that XOMA and ABTI were in the same category, and my prediction that the fall of ABTI predicts a fall in XOMA, that could be perceived as a pharoh who changed his mind, and now new not joseph. (I used to be bullish on new antibiotic like medications.)
(2) You found out somehow that I like the saying "there came a pharoh who new not joseph".
(3) You believe that I really do have a crystal ball, and like joseph can accurately interpret dreams and be phrophetic.
(4) None of the above.

Penicillin worked. BMI, if it works requires the moon to be in a proper orbit, the right bug, the right person eating the right food during the right season. While that is an exaggeration, I think the data suggest that everything must be correct for it to work. Even when it does work its effects are not dramatic like Penicillin. Drugs whose effects are not reliable and reproducible are commonly employed for cancer therapy, but not for antimicrobial therapy.
