Are we going to request that SI mothball the thread...Pangea is no more. I'm only happy that my spouse held right through to the end (highest price)

This isn't ABX'd first foray into Tanzania. They are likely to mine and ship ore to one location for cost reasons. Whose gonna beat them at this? Not to mention that Tanzania is not too far away from the Congo where the call to start massacaring Tutsis has started to go out. PGD may have decided to lessen the political risk and let ABX tough it out.Tenke isn't doing so well in Congo. What was once a stable Zimbabwe is trying to 'evict' white farmers in less than a mth. SL is banned by the UN for diamond sales, although it washes such sales thru Liberia. Africa has become a hot spot. Debeer's going after WSP is not just looking at some more diamonds. They need politically safe diamonds.
As for the titanium deal - is there any end user talks yet?
They can't be going into a feas stage w/o some one taking a lok at the product and deciding if it may conform to thier requirements. The heavy minerals industry is complex and closed mouth. Given the increase in the minerals pricing this pastyear, you'd think that if the deposit was viable - that someone would have stepped up to the plate to run bulk samples and see if the product was useable. The PGD guys may be taking any $$ they can get and moving on to see if they can peddle TIO or some new venture.
