BOCA RATON, Fla., Jul 6, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Paul Johnson, President/CEO of
eTravelserve.com, Inc. (www.etravelserve.com) (OTCBB:TSER), has announced that
the company has initiated a European Investment Banking Initiative which is
scheduled to include road shows, investor relations, investment banking support
and the listing of eTravelserve.com on two German Exchanges. Company officials
will be in Europe from the 11th of July until August 1st and will be meeting
with investment bankers, presenting the Company and completing the filings for
listing on the new exchanges. The listings are expected to be completed before
August 1, 2000. Management will also be negotiating for listings on additional
European Exchanges.
