This is not new - plenty of GSM equipment currently being made in China by multiple vendors.

China's problem, and QCOM's advantage, is that they are not being made by China. And China is not pleased with its 2 1/2% cut.

Can you expand on why you think that loacal manufacturing in China is a problem for GSM?
