When will this chipset be available, Bill ?? Is this why you and others think AMD has so much "potential". AMD needs to turn that "potential" into revenue ... In the meantime, Intel will keep that revenue.

AMD has a lot of potential even without this chipset. With dual processor capability AMD has even more potential.

Yousef, We all hear rumors that this co and that co are hard at work on such a chipset. Until it gets here AMD will be unable to realise the server potential of the Athlon family.
I expect work proceeds as fast as AMD can proceed. Recall they need to be very sure it will be a rock solid chip set as they will not get another chance if the release a bad one.
