Anyone likes PHCM here?

After taking the profit in RBAK and BRCM, I like to
put these money back into work, PHCM seems like
a good candidate at this level (low 60s). I think
it should go back to 90 before the year is over.

However, I am a little concerned about the lack
of strength in PHCM in recent days, any idea of
why?
