Well, I don't know when a fetus is viable - first of all what is the technical definition of "viable" - are you saying a viable fetus means it can survive on its own? I don't think the second trimester includes viability then - which is (I believe) when many down syndrome pregnancies are terminated.

But anyway my position is in total support of the mother involved with a teenage pregnancy. I don't think she should be forced to give birth. If birth control and planned parenthood was completely accessible to everyone (with no parental consent required) then I would consider supporting some extreme late term restrictions on abortion but that openness is being diminished, not expanded - I have no idea why...
