I'm not worried about Dresden-
I believe that it was supposed to make only socket A Tbirds. The lack of socket A motherboards would explain any dirth of such chips on the market. The same goes for Duron. If anything, Socket chips are piling up. But since supply is so tight, those chips will likely go out the door soon when mother boards arrive in volume. Since HP announced a new Athlon line, I think AMD has enough of the old Athlons on hand to make it through the transition. I wish though AMD wasn't in this Via dependent situation though.

Considering that it is not easy to tell if a part comes from Dresden or not, we may indeed be getting the early parts out of Dresden in the market.
