HJ -- very interesting note on Capstone -- I never heard of them before. The whole issue of power off the grid seems to be heating up -- excuse the pun. The quality and reliability of power is an issue everywhere -- especially in Asia where reliability is low and we are supposed to be moving into an economy that requires 99.999999 reliability to keep the networks viable.
