TLGD is beautiful.. July 12 after close confirmed earnings out. I just spoke to investor relations. They speak with pride and its no wonder. Last quarter earnings:TOLLGRADE COMMUNICATIONS, INC. REPORTS INCREASED FIRST QUARTER EARNINGS: Second Consecutive Record Quarter CHESWICK, PA — APRIL 12, 2000 — Tollgrade Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: TLGD) today reported a record 200% earnings increase for the first quarter of 2000 of $.39 per share versus $.13 per share on a diluted basis for the first quarter of 1999. Sales for the first quarter of 2000 were $22,417,535, versus $11,120,345 in 1999, an increase of 101.6% over the same quarter last year. Current and prior year period earnings per share reflect the effect of the recent two-for-one split of the company’s common stock as of March 20, 2000. These results also reflect the effect of an increased number of equivalent common shares outstanding that resulted from an increase in the average share price between periods. Net income for the first quarter of 2000 was $5,224,614, an increase of 251.6% compared to $1,486,060 for the prior year quarter.
