"I just opened my latest issue of Fortune (Gates on the cover) and on Page 3-4 is an AMD Spread! 1st Sprd after C2, P1 (BMW). Pretty good spot and pretty good ad.

Diana"

dave, re: AMD TV advertising. I noticed watching a Padres game that there was an ad from thechipmerchant.com which is a big parts seller in San Diego. It was certainly surprising to see a place that sells motherboards, CPU's and memory chips, advertising on TV and (probably) getting 5-10% of the TV audience. Also, there was a big Athlon logo in the ad. I've also noticed the Athlon logo on Roadrunner TV ad's in San Diego.
