I am not too worried either if it is ETEK selling. Those folks got a lot of shares and taking some off the table makes sense. Would like to know who and for how much though.

My only concern now is how well management orchestrates the integration of all the parts. If they are successful we rule. Hard to say at this point. But there is always that wall of worry.

What about Alcatel buying a fibre optics co.? I thought I saw that this morning but didn't follow up. When I got a quote on JDSU after about a half hour into the day I heard the ask size of over 400 which seemed excessive but perhaps is an indication of some large sellers... perhaps ETEK insiders? Who knows. Hopefully the buyers will jump off the bench and get into the game!
