Pat, I would think the rumor of insider selling by ETEK shareholders is probably why we are getting the selloff.
I would not think the Netherlands facility problem would not be that significant in the overall operations especially since they now also have the ETEK manufacturing capabilities as well.

Feel pretty confident on the earnings picture for the company in big component suppliers. Maybe now that supply deal they had with ETEK prior to the merger will also help a little in getting things rolling.

I also remember that the CFO had stated just before the approval for the ETEK deal that they have room for some upside.
