As you [should] know, the 760 is AMD's next big chipset. It offers, I recall, a 266/133MHz chipset to cpu interface as well as support for 266/133MHz (2.1GB/s) DDR SDRAM. Also supports some less critical stuff like AGP4x and soforth.
As you might be able to see in this closeup photo, this system is using two Micron-manufactured 64MB DDR SDRAM DIMMs, for a total of 128MB system memory, presumably PC2100 and not PC1600.
The board, of course, is the long known "Tecate"
