it was Milind Bedeker currently with DLJ, formerly the turkey with SSB that issued a shortsighted report on the sector in Feb, 1999. Even though I believe his CNBC interview was closer to the truth, I wouldn't get too excited about his predictions. The rest of the industry analysts have been echoing those same optimistic sentiments throughout the day today. Which leaves SSB as the odd man out and still batting .000 this season (or upleg of the current cycle). FWIW, Ian.
