For the truth, you have to look beyond the surface scratched (or likely covered up) by the media. But I will agree about congress. In fact, it is because of congress that we still have this crowd in there - D's and R's equally to blame. And yes, a monumental waste of tax dollars investigating Whitewater - the outcome was already predetermined.
