saukriver, Mike, What exactly is Siebel's value chain? Check out their partners whose numbers are getting close to 500 I think, and that doesn't include those who only serve the role of customer. The main categories: Integrators: begin with Arthur Andersen at the top and work down Customers: begin with IBM and work down Other vendors: begin with the "primary" category and work down (can't remember Siebel's exact delineation of their highest partner category) You'll find all that at their website and in 10K SEC filings. --Mike Buckley
