Godsell has been progressively involved with RightsMarket since November 1999, initially serving on the
company''s technology advisory board. In June of this year, Godsell was appointed to the position of Vice President of Business Development.

"We recognized the talent and experience that Jim Godsell has brought to our company, and his appointment and increased level of responsibility will assist RightsMarket in the successful implementation of our strategic plan and business model," said Moir. "Jim will continue to be
responsible for sales and marketing activities, however, his primary emphasis will be on operationalizing our technology, developing strategic business relationships and further building our infrastructure."

Jim Godsell, B.Sc. has over 20 years of technology experience, specializing in taking new companies and technologies to market, and has been a co-founder and director of several international software ventures. Most recently, Godsell was Vice President and Business Unit

"I am very excited about my new position at RightsMarket, and strongly believe that the company has significant opportunities in the flourishing digital rights management (DRM) industry," said Godsell. "Analysts predict that, by 2003, the DRM market will grow to $27 billion, with eText sales alone expected to reach $17.6 billion by 2004. Being early to market with a feature-rich products and services, RightsMarket has a significant edge over competitors, many of whom have only recently recognized the immense DRM opportunity."
