Anyone who thinks that a felon does not have to be convicted of a felony, unless they are speaking in esoteric lala language, should NOT BE PRACTISING LAW. I guarantee that virtually every lawyer in the bar and judge on the bench will agree that a felon is somone who has been convicted of a felony. If you don't like it, tough. Grow up and join the adult world. I will not apologize for thinking that there was a very good chance that JLA was NOT AN ATTORNEY. That was totally justified. That was meant to be PRIVATE. That's why it was sent in a PM. I was not trying to publically embarrass JLA, he did that himself. JLA should be bannished from SI for his actions.
