I think he was suggesting that in the Q2 CC AMD will be ready to discuss the results and give future guidance of how it will effect future earnings, which seems very possible... chic

Joe, Re: adjusting numbers for 2Q earnings conference What I wrote wasn't very clear. I meant that AMD would update numbers to allow for a statement of this sort: The redemption of * of the outstanding bonds will result in estimated interest savings of per quarter or ** per share. PT ps: 2Q is history and I look forward to hearing and reading about it! (Thanks also to Chic who offered a similar explanation while I was waiting to reload Netscape since it crashed while finishing this post -- glad SI has taught me to copy text before trying anything fancy like posting!)
