That is to say, if the problem is so obscure that it affects a small percentage of users it's not productive to manage it.

right I have seen that happen before.

I had a TA software package that I used from 1984 to the end
of 1997. I had to stop using it due to a complete breakdown
in support of updates.

I was using several software systems so it was not that bad,
but this software enabled one to build giant intricate
macro's and was very efficient, for what it was good at.

Volatility is one of the most interesting aspects of the
market.

Larry Hite of Mint trading, actually will stand aside of
a market when the volatility gets too high and
skews the risk/reward scenario.

only $5.
