One more Ho Ho HO from Bollinger I find it very interesting that as we are going along here we are building up compression, not depleting it. One indication of this is group Power Open Arms Index, which stands at 1.2, a relatively strong oversold level. Indeed it has risen steadily during this recovery phase. Given the fact we are completing an ascending triangle in the ValueLine Arithmetic and NYSE Composite indices the market seems set for a period of dynamic price expansion, perhaps the last such phase before the fall trench.
