Bill,
When you get a chance, would you be so kind as to please give these questions a shot in one of your articles or on the thread where listed?

Somethin's up with PAAS... and I don't think it's the monster silver bull coming out to play. Can only be one thing... What's the short interest in PAAS? Could get interesting. I notice the yahoo PAAS board has disappeared - that's always bullish.

BTW, do you have a good grasp on how PAAS can respond to rising Zn prices? My read from the annual is that they renew their zn concentrate contract on a yearly basis, which would improve their zn revenue from last year but exclude them from the bullish trend in the metal. In its current incarnation, PAAS is more leveraged to Zn than silver - not necessarily a bad thing, of course. I've been super bullish on zn for the past two months... to see it breakout during the summer months when it is traditionally very weak bespeaks the tightness of supplies. And no major mines coming into play soon - well, I don't know about China, who does?

On another note, the American Silversmithing society is catching wind of the new germanium-silver alloy. They're going to do a feature on it soon. I'm sending the mensa members at Barrick a copy.

Bill, do you think we might see a change in the silver export policy of China depending on who is elected President? If so, which direction & how much?
