Yes but ASL is an example to all. Cambior too. I've pointed out several times here that the executives of major companies have large stock option positions - and the name of the game is, still, to see the stock price rise. I haven't checked recently - but would assume that Oliphant and Munk of Barrick must have around 1 million shares optioned - it doesn't mean as much to Peter Munk as Oliphant obviously - but it's ludicrous to assert as some do that the stock price doesn't matter.
