Benjamin: Your title on the post you just made is a joy.

Again, (as usual) your point is well taken.

Korea is moving so fast and so robustly with current spectrum that this may well be enough domestically for some time - and besides it is real world not pie in the sky.

(BTW I take Samsung's announcement as likely to be a clue)

So why not play games re future spectrum - particularly with the evolving nature of "WCDMA"[sic.]?

Again the "new" Korean style "WCDMA" bears remarkable likeness to a combination of 1X and HDR - with some CDMA2000 3x thrown in (perhaps the DS version, perhaps the MC one - who knows).

That Qualcomm's IPR's (or ASICs for that matter) are bypassed in that Korean version of "WCDMA" is ludicrous. (IMO only)

The statements that Korea is choosing to bypass Qualcomm are equally ludicrous. (IMO only)

But that all this is games and is ludicrous (IMO only) is irrelevant to short term (especially opening today) Q stock price.

Sad. (except for the manipulators and buyers - if they exist)

Best.
