Yes but it is the officers and directors of public companies who are responsible for what happens to their companies. They may have been sold a bill of goods - but it is they, not their brokers who got into this mess - and they've paid the price and so have the shareholders. Imagine getting up in front of the shareholders and saying 'sorry, it wasn't us it was them?'

Ken, I believe you will find cde has used mostly puts & calls & has done so to keep their position in silver clean. in all things one should look at the balance & total picture.
