when gold rallied last September, i thought that was the equivalent of August '82 in stocks. it felt that way at the time. but i'm really hard pressed to think of anything that could turn this market around. everything seems to argue against it, as not even bullish developments manage to move the price anymore. actually, it doesn't matter what the news is - gold always reacts by going down or staying flat.
