Broke through $57 5/8ths (or so) gap. Looks like hell awaits.

Still puking.

My worst nightmare now is a negative statement at earnings and those idiotic shareholder lawsuits.

All said, I believe Jacobs. My gut says we'll get the royalties on WCDMA, but it will be a long fight. In the mean time, we will have to suffer with the share price erosion.

Diamond ---I am not selling ---but sure would like to know what is going on ? The logic escapes me except for the arm twisting angle in Korea .
Is W-CDMA real ---another big worry since a lot of business are signing or indicating that is the way they are headed ?

BEST WISHES
BILL
PS You get the impression with the stock down from 152 on April 4th that we believed too much in the "Q" . This noise is causing the stock to dropped when you start to look at part of your existing customer base selling out .
