It could say that WCDMA and CDMA2000 are the same. . and that the fig leaf of a name change is sufficient for all parties to save face when sending the check to Q. On the other hand, if that were true, and we have figured it out, why hasnt the market? Since Q is always in the news, then by now it has attracted the attention of lots of smart and astute investors who seemingly have not figured it out. The market is voting with its feet.
