i think now that the currency related event on July 16 could be a panic sell-off in gold...

OEX just broke through 800....you should join the dark side as well for the summer rally...one more day like today, and the Dow will break out from its triangle to the upside. it seems the commercials short position in the spoos is completely meaningless. they're probably covering already.
