The parts supplier misunderstood. . . when CSCO said they were buying parts for their Voice over internet communications device. . . he heard "consumer oriented telephone system". . . when they meant a "device that enables ISPs to upgrade to include VoIP capability to their current CSCO routers".

Now it makes sense.

Believe CSCO has been involved in that field for quite a while. CSCO mentioned as a "partner" in providing internet connectivity devices at bigplanet.com.

Also perhaps is working with the company named Celestica (traded on NYSE and TSE as CLS), which is an OEM of electronic devices.

An interesting field, for sure.
