Tuck, The Deustche Bank/Alex Brown analyst downgraded a set of companies in her coverage today, including SFE from Strong Buy to Buy. I have not read her reasons but suspect it is sector based rather than company specific and highlights a less than robust IPO market. This, of course, closes the barn door after the fact. It smacks of the kind of analyst action that yielded an upgrade 40 points north of here. I think low 30s purchases will prove to be worth at least a double within 12 months.
