Gene Marcial's "Inside Wall Street" column quotes Jay Nakahara, managing director at Invesco, as saying investors should take advantage of weakness in the share price to snap up a stake in JDS Uniphase, arguing that the stock is "very cheap and very attractive" because it lags behind some of its competitors on a price-to-earnings ratio basis. Nakahara thinks JDS could hit $175 by the end of the year, according to Marcial.
