Did I see this correctly? When the CNBC reporter said Q was nicely off its lows, my real time quotes showed the stock within 3/4 a point off its low, while she said it was 3 points off its low. Her report itself started moving it. Talk about a self-fulfilling prophecy.

It could last since it clarifies an important issue for the first time ever on prime time. Furthermore, we are talking about an issue that won't effect earnings until calendar 2002.

Whatever, The fact is she reported the price as higher than it was by 3 bucks and then price rose to the price she said now 5 minutes later. Its funny to be on the other side of the bs.

Hello all.....FWIW, I have added 30% to my holdings on QCOM this morning, plus some Jan calls.

>Inaccurate in stating that QCOM gets less royalties
>on wCDMA.....

Do you get more royalties on a system that you designed, or from a someone else´s design?

Which system is likely to contain more of the technology that is patented by you?

Silly questions, really.
